My initial contact wasn't the best as the person charged with reception at the time was less-than-concerned. That said, since that initial contact, I have been pleasantly surprised by the entire staff and have concluded that the first contact was an anomaly. The pharmacist is available for questions, they keep me informed about my prescriptions, they deliver to my address and they prepare my prescriptions in as timely a manner as is possible given that they aren't just pushing pills but actually compounding my medication on site. I am seriously considering switching all my prescriptions as my other pharmacy seems to be less-than-concerned at keeping me informed and cancels my prescriptions without notice or contact. I would recommend Surecare to anyone needing or simply wanting the personal touch with their medications.

I have read some of the bad comments and I hope new customers won’t be discouraged by them, because I have not experienced anything like what’s in the comments. . I have always been called back if I left a voicemail. They are so very courteous and helpful. Having a prescription delivered is a very great thing that they do. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff, clean facility and communication is of their best abilities. Not the biggest pharmacy so they can get busy in person which can lead to longer waits on phone but thats never been the fault of staff in my experiences. They are always very friendly on phone and in person no matter how busy they are, highly recommended if you need a pharmacy for monthly prescriptions.

I have been a customer with Surecare pharmacy for about 4 years at least. They are great. They always deliver my medicine and they are just so thoughtful. Thank u Mariam, Lexi, all the pharmacists and all the drivers. Y'all are just so sweet.

These guys are awesome every time. First, the place is immaculate, always very clean and orderly, which appeals to me. Second, everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and professional. My experience continues to be that they get things done quickly.

Great pharmacy! Their employees really care about you and help in any way they can. My insurance expired and they worked with me to bring down the price significantly on a medication I needed. I won’t go any else. Thank you for your great service

If your doctor recommends a specific medicinal compounded drug this is the place to go in El Paso. Their offices are beautiful and the staff very professional.

I stopped in for a simple purchase but ended up asking several questions about vitamins and supplements. The pharmacist explained the differences clearly and recommended only what was appropriate for my needs. I never felt pressured to buy extra products.

Best pharmacy, they have great staff and the pharmacist's they are very friendly and answer all your questions, the only pharmacy we go to me and the family have our prescriptions filled at SureCare. All the other pharmacies I was with, the staff was always rude, and the pharmacist wouldn't tell you when your next fill was going to be available, because I usually put all my meds in those containers that have the days on them, some of the pharmacist's wouldn't tell me, they would tell me to count my pills and that's when I would get the next fill, but Lexi and Pedro are really helpful and they deliver all your medications, also try to be courteous and tip the drivers if y'all can, but again even the staff are very friendly as well, this is the best pharmacy in El Paso TX, and I'm glad I found them and send all of the families prescriptions to SureCare, and thank you all there at SureCare.
